Role - Demand Manager
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Demand Manager to lead the Technology Demand Management function and govern the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and planning of technology initiatives across the organization.
The Demand Manager will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that technology investments align with business objectives, enterprise priorities, resource capacity, and budget constraints. This role will be responsible for establishing and driving demand governance processes, managing the technology demand portfolio, facilitating executive decision-making, and ensuring effective transition of approved initiatives into project execution.
The ideal candidate combines robust business acumen, portfolio management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of technology delivery within complex global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Portfolio Management
Own and manage end-to-end Technology Demand Management process across the organization.



Lead the intake, assessment, prioritization, and governance of technology demands and initiatives. Ensure demand requests are aligned with strategic business objectives, technology roadmaps, and organizational priorities. Manage and maintain the technology demand portfolio, balancing business value, risk, cost, resource capacity, and strategic impact. Establish and continuously improve demand management frameworks, processes, policies, and governance models. Provide visibility and reporting on portfolio health, demand pipeline, resource utilization, and delivery readiness. Strategic Planning & Governance
Partner with business leaders and technology leadership to define technology investment priorities. Facilitate governance forums, portfolio review boards, and prioritization committees. Develop portfolio planning models to support annual and multi-year technology roadmaps. Drive data-driven decision-making
