About the Role
Marketize is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and visually solid Content Creator & Video Editor who can support our growing portfolio of brands across lifestyle, interiors, manufacturing, HVAC, lighting, logistics and B2 B industries.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with shooting videos, editing reels, creating short-form content, assisting with content writing and bringing fresh visual ideas to the table. This role is best suited for someone who has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands social media trends, and takes ownership of their work seriously.
We are looking for someone who is not just technically good with a camera or editing software, but someone who understands how content should look, feel and communicate for different brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Shoot short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, product videos and team/process-based content.
* Edit reels, short videos,



social media snippets and basic brand films.
* Support the team with content writing, especially for lifestyle, interiors and premium brands.
* Assist in creating monthly content ideas for different clients.
* Work closely with the content marketer, designers and account manager to execute social media plans.
* Understand brand guidelines and ensure all content matches the brand's tone, aesthetic and positioning.
* Coordinate with internal teams for shoot requirements, props, locations and approvals.
* Capture content during client visits, office shoots, factory shoots, events and campaign days.
* Stay updated with current Instagram, Linked In and reel trends.
* Organise raw footage, edited files and final content in a structured manner.
* Help repurpose long-form content into short, usable social media formats.
* Take ownership of assigned shoots and deliverables from start to finish.
