What is expected from this role.
A Designer with great portfolio Product company exposure of 5-12 years as Product Designers (Lead/Senior etc) You should have led a design team of at least 5-8 You must be a Design visionary Should enjoy hands-on Design work + 60% people management Should be strategically strong. Great in UX, UI & Product Thinking Someone who loves user & solving for consumer products.
