Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Success Executive role based in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The person in this role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive support, and consistent follow-up on open issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
Onboarding & Tech Support:
Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Io T hardware (controllers, gateways) and cloud dashboards.
Issue Resolution: Provide remote support via calls and monitoring tools to resolve power, connectivity, and software issues; coordinate with site teams or senior engineers when needed.
KPI & Adoption Tracking: Monitor customer dashboards daily to track usage, drive high platform adoption, and ensure subscription renewals.
Documentation & Feedback: Help maintain setup guides and troubleshooting notes. Funnel field feedback directly to the Product and Engineering teams to improve the system. Account Retention: Build strong relationships with day-to-day users to secure client delight and identify opportunities for repeat orders or upselling. Qualification
