Role Overview :
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, qualified lead generation, and pipeline growth through a combination of demand generation, performance marketing, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience across outbound marketing, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization, with a strong focus on generating measurable business outcomes for both Pixelo and its clients.




Key Responsibilities:-
Plan and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, appointments, pipeline growth, and revenue. Develop and optimize outbound demand generation campaigns through cold email outreach, account-based marketing (ABM), prospecting initiatives, and lead nurturing programs. Manage and improve email deliverability, domain health, inbox placement, sender reputation, and outreach performance. Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. Drive Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, including keyword research, campaign management, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization. Develop and execute SEO strategies, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, backlink initiatives, and organic traffic growth.
