About the Role
Prospect Infosystem LLP is looking for a skilled AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems for our clients. This role requires solid hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle — from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring in production.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business and client problems Work with large language models (LLMs) and explore use cases involving generative AI, NLP, and prompt engineering Build and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference workflows Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases and domains Develop and integrate APIs to expose AI/ML models to applications Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering,



and model evaluation Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring) Monitor model performance in production and retrain/improve models as needed Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks, and evaluate their applicability Document model architecture, experiments, and findings clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure responsible AI practices including bias detection, data privacy, and model explainability Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related roles Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with R is a plus Solid experience with ML/DL frameworks: Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Keras Practical experience working with LLMs (Open AI, Anthropic, open-source models like Llama, Mistral) and prompt engineering Experie
