Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients directly at the counter and over the phone to understand their travel needs. Curate, design, and sell highly customised holiday packages tailored to customer preferences. Draft detailed, accurate, and engaging travel itineraries. Handle end-to-end booking processes and maintain clear communication with clients. Travel with and manage group tours for both domestic and international trips, ensuring a seamless experience for the travellers. Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Languages: Full professional fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Sales Skills: Proven ability in tele-sales and face-to-face customer selling, with robust persuasive skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in daily computer operations, specifically Microsoft Excel, professional email communication, and Whats App for business. Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently for group tour coordination.
