Role Description This is a contract, on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The CTO will lead the overall technology vision, define the technical roadmap, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development activities, guiding solution architecture decisions, and reviewing key design and implementation choices.



The role involves close collaboration with product and project teams to prioritize features, plan releases, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. The CTO will establish engineering best practices, mentor senior technical staff, and implement governance for security, scalability, and performance.
