Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand & Content Lead to own Optimist's content ecosystem across organic, performance, influencer and brand communications. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth and storytelling. You will be responsible for turning product features, customer stories, engineering innovations, creator collaborations and company milestones into content that drives awareness, engagement and sales. You will work closely with the CMO, founders, agencies, creators and internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand narrative across every consumer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities




Content Strategy & Planning
• Own the end-to-end content calendar across channels • Develop content themes aligned with business priorities • Build campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments and brand initiatives • Create content frameworks that support both brand building and performance marketing
Organic Content
• Lead content strategy across Instagram, Linked In, You Tube and emerging platforms • Build engaging content formats including reels, shorts, carousels and educational content • Manage content production from concept to publishing • Monitor performance and continuously improve content effectiveness
Performance Creative
• Work closely with performance marketing teams and agencies • Develop creative testing roadmaps • Generate new ad angles, hooks and messaging frameworks • Ensure a steady pipeline of high-performing creative assets Influencer & Creator Marketing • Identify
