We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in Dayforce to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of HCM implementation projects, including exports, imports, web services, report and analytics, Integration Studio, data migration, and customization of Dayforce systems. As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients, integration parties and internal teams to design and implement solutions tailored to the unique needs of each organization.
You will play a critical role in ensuring successful system deployment, providing technical leadership, and delivering value to clients through the effective use of Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical configuration, customization, integration, reports and analytics and data migration processes for Dayforce implementations. Collaborate with clients to gather technical and functional requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to their business needs. Oversee data mapping, conversion, and integration activities,



ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Dayforce implementations and provide post-implementation support to clients. Work closely with internal technical and functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide clients with training and support on the technical aspects of Dayforce, including system configuration and maintenance. Participate in client sessions to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. Continuously improve internal technical delivery procedures to enhance overall client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, with a robust focus on Dayforce configuration, data migration, and system customization. In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll
