Role Summary
As a System and Storage Lead of the Run team, he/she will:
Design, plan, and execute high-risk and complex Change technical tasks in the ITSM queues Lead planning, preparation, and execution of large-scale server OS patching and reboot activities across Windows and Unix/Linux platforms Coordinate and manage relationships with internal clients/partners and external vendors for complex hardware break/fix cases, software cases, etc. Lead and resolve complex technical tasks in ITSM queues for escalated BAU/Project Requests and Incidents Perform advanced analysis and resolution of critical alerts from the monitoring management system Architect and provision complex server/cluster builds with advanced hardening according to security standards Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide expert-level resolution for Hardware, Operating System, Hypervisor, and High-Availability services in the operating setting Design, deploy, and optimize storage, network, OS/cluster configurable items, and infrastructure management tools Lead planning, preparation,



and execution of large-scale server OS patching and reboot activities across Windows and Unix/Linux platforms Oversee and execute complex server hardware movements in Data Center including advanced racking and cabling requirements Perform advanced to expert-level root cause analysis in Incident and Problem tasks Lead vulnerability assessment and remediation efforts from security sources (scan reports, pen tests, audit findings, etc.) Lead planning, preparation, execution, and support of Data Center maintenance activities Lead planning, preparation, execution, and support of Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity exercises Own and resolve L2/L3 escalations and provide technical mentorship to L1/L2 teams Lead taskforce resolution squads in priority incident management/crisis management cases Develop, review, maintain, and share advanced technical documentation and write-ups (SOPs, runbooks, architecture documents) as p
