We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Google Ads Analyst to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on campaign execution, and a deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution,



and ROI optimization.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Strategy teams to drive measurable growth and deliver exceptional campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Structure accounts for scalability and performance efficiency.
Implement A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and extensions.
Performance Optimization
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
Analyze search terms and eliminate wasted spend.
Scale high-performing campaigns strategically.
Data & Reporting
Create performance dashboards using Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
