Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer, Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, preparing construction and technical drawings, and collaborating with engineers and consultants, planning initiatives.



The ideal candidate will oversee design execution and ensure projects meet both aesthetic and sustainability goals with attention to detail and industry standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architectural Design. Experience in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation. Strong skills in design, teamwork and project leadership. Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities Knowledge of sustainable design practices and industry standards Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit)
