Role Description This is a full time, on-site Ecommerce Executive role based in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Executive will manage product listings, pricing, and content across online marketplaces and brand-owned platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with operations and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely order processing and dispatch. The Ecommerce Executive will track sales performance, analyze data, and support promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. The role also includes resolving customer and platform-related issues, maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners, and preparing regular reports on performance, trends, and opportunities for imp rovement.
Qualifications
Experience in ecommerce operations, including product listing management,



catalog maintenance, and basic order flow understanding. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work in Excel/Google Sheets and interpret sales and performance data. Familiarity with online marketplaces (such as Firstcry, Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart,shopify or similar platforms) and basic knowledge of digital retail processes. Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) and external partners. Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in an ecommerce firm is a must Comfort with learning new tools, portals, and dashboards used for ecommerce and marketplace management.
