About the Role
We're hiring a sharp, hands-on Marketplace Expert to own and grow our clients' presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). This is a full-stack marketplace role — from catalogue to conversion, from listing to advertising — with zero room for surface-level knowledge. You will be expected to independently manage accounts, drive measurable performance outcomes, and bring structure to everything you touch.
What You'll Own:
Amazon (Full Stack)
End-to-end listing management: title, bullets, description, backend keywords, search terms Listing optimisation using keyword research tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, Brand Analytics) Amazon Brand Registry: enrolment, protection, enforcement of IP violations A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC): creation, strategy, and performance review Amazon Stores: buildout, page architecture, and seasonal refresh Amazon Advertising: Sponsored Products,



Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display — full campaign lifecycle including structure, bidding, placement, and ACOS/ROAS management DSP awareness is a plus Account health monitoring, case management, and escalations FBA/FBM operations, inventory planning inputs, and fee management Flipkart (Full Stack)
Catalogue creation and optimisation on Seller Hub Listing quality score improvement and content compliance Flipkart Ads: PLA campaigns, keyword targeting, budget management Brand Mint and smart ROI tool understanding preferred Promotions management: Flash Sales, Big Billion Day planning, bundle offers Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart)
Current brand/seller onboarding from scratch — documentation, catalogue setup, and go-live SKU listing, image spec compliance, and category mapping Ad campaign creation and management within platform dashboards Visibility monitoring, rank tracking, and camp
