Role Description
Conduct product presentations and demo sessions for customers and stakeholders.
Interact with clients and address product-related queries in a skilled manner.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders.




Coordinate with Management/CEO regarding customer interactions and event-related activities.
Share event updates, customer feedback, and market insights with internal teams.
Support business engagement and brand visibility initiatives.
Follow up with prospective clients/customers and maintain communication records.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
