Job Title: Manager of Indian Treasury
Job Summary:
To lead and optimize our local financing strategies, ensuring effective capital management, risk mitigation, and alignment with business growth objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of Indian financing, including debt/equity financing, treasury operations, cash flow optimization, and relationships with financial institutions/investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in multinational corporate financing, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Loca Financing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financing strategies to support business expansion
- Optimize capital structure (debt/equity mix) and cost of capital.
- Lead negotiations for syndicated loans, and other financing instruments.
2. Treasury & Liquidity Management:
- Oversee local cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and investment strategies.
- Manage relationships with banks, rating agencies, and investors to secure favorable terms.




- Mitigate financial risks (FX, interest rate, credit) through hedging strategies.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with regional finance teams, tax, legal, and business units to align financing plans with operational goals.
- Advise senior leadership on financing implications of strategic initiatives.
4. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., Basel III, SOX, IFRS).
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and adapt financing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, CTP) are a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years in corporate finance, treasury, or investment banking
- Proven success in structuring complex financing deals (e.g., cross-border loans, project finance, export credit).
- Experience in telecom/tech/hardware
