Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Health Operations Underwriting Associate/Executive to
support health insurance underwriting operations. The role involves reviewing insurance
proposals, assessing documentation, coordinating medical requirements, processing policy
issuance, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
 Review health insurance proposal forms and supporting documents.
 Verify applicant information, medical history, and declarations.
 Coordinate medical tests, tele-underwriting, and document collection.
 Perform preliminary risk assessment as per underwriting guidelines.
 Follow up with customers and branches for pending requirements.




 Support policy issuance, endorsements, and renewal underwriting activities.
 Maintain underwriting records, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 Meet turnaround time (TAT) and service-level agreement (SLA) targets.
Required Skills
