We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to be the vital link between our clients and our production teams — someone who can manage relationships with clarity, drive projects forward with discipline, and ensure every client walks away with an experience as polished as the final video. The Client Servicing Manager will own the client relationship from brief to delivery — translating client requirements into actionable production plans, keeping projects on track, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams at every stage. Key Responsibilities
Client Brief & Onboarding
Understand the client's brief thoroughly — objectives, target audience, tone, deliverables, and constraints Clarify ambiguities upfront to avoid downstream rework Process & Expectation Setting
Walk clients through the step-by-step video creation process in a transparent, structured manner Set realistic expectations on what each phase involves and what is required from the client Project Planning
Define and communicate key milestones and timelines for each project Build a shared understanding of the project roadmap with the client from day one Internal Coordination
