Red Doorz, Southeast Asia's leading hospitality brand, is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our agile team If you're passionate about designing scalable data pipelines and driving data infrastructure excellence, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Architect, build, evolve reliable ELT pipelines that move and transform data from operational systems into our warehouse at scale.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data pipelines from ingestion and orchestration to testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
Build and maintain MLOps-ready infrastructure that enables reliable training, deployment, and monitoring of ML workflows.
Continuously optimize performance and cost across warehouse, orchestration, and ingestion tooling.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill data needs.
Ensure data security, manage, and optimize data infrastructure.




What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills for querying and optimizing data processing.
Python expertise, with experience in data-related programming.
Hands-on experience with data ingestion tools (Fivetran, Stitch, Meltano, Airbyte).
Strong analytical skills working with structured & semi-structured datasets (JSON, Parquet).
Proficiency in AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
Solid knowledge of Data Warehouse platforms (Snowflake preferred, Databricks, Redshift).
Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow preferred, Prefect, Dagster).
Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI) is a plus.
