Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Direct Selling Agent (DSA) — Loans role based in Punjab cities — Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Chandigarh. The Senior DSA will identify and acquire potential customers for various loan products, including personal, business, and home loans, through field visits, referrals, and local networking. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining product features and eligibility criteria,



collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and lending partners for application processing. The Senior DSA will manage a sales pipeline, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, maintain accurate records in company systems, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and the ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms. Proven Customer Service capabilities with a focus on building trust, handling queries and concerns, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Demonstrated Sales experience in loans or financial products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in field-based or direct selling roles.
