Lead Engineer – Salesforce (Bilingual: Japanese + English)

We are assisting our client in hiring a Salesforce Senior/Lead Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce applications. You'll lead a Salesforce project based in Japan, working hands-on with LWC, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Flows — with strong REST/SOAP integration experience and the technical leadership to guide a development team.
What You'll Do
Lead technical delivery end-to-end — functional analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support Partner with Admins, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate functional requirements into the right technical solution Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications, maximizing use of LWC and Apex Mentor junior developers, run code reviews, and troubleshoot, identify, and fix bugs Apply industry best practices and efficient design patterns for quality, maintainability,



and scalability Ensure solid unit test coverage for all Apex customizations Own delivery end-to-end with clear, proactive communication on progress and status Manage and execute the release/change management process for new and updated code Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients in Japan, communicating complex technical concepts fluently in Japanese and English What You Bring
Expert knowledge of Salesforce's multi-tenant architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Settings/Rules, and Restriction Rules Ability to model business requirements into object-relational models on the Salesforce platform Deep familiarity with declarative tools — Object Manager, Flow Builder, Flow Orchestration, Approval Processes, Matching/Duplicate Rules, Validation Rules Strong hands-on coding with LWC, Apex Controllers, Apex Triggers, and Asynchronous Apex; working knowledge of Visualforce for
