Position Title: Sales Leader / Head of Sales – US Market

Team Size: 15+ BDEs / BDMs
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader with strong exposure to the US market to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate will lead a large sales team, own end-to-end sales strategy, and take final ownership of deal closures while reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Business Development Managers (BDMs) Set explicit sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team Track and review weekly and monthly team performance, pipelines, and closures Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action plans Revenue Growth & Deal Closure




Take final-level ownership of negotiations and deal closures Drive high-value and strategic sales opportunities in the US market Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline Client Acquisition & Market Expansion
Acquire new clients in the US market through strategic prospecting and networking Develop strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders Identify current market opportunities and growth areas Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Strategy & Reporting
Work closely with the CEO on sales strategy, forecasting, and expansion plans Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insights Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for higher efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications
