As part of Deutsche Börse Group's digital transformation and cloud migration journey, the Big Data & Advanced Analytics (BDAA) team is seeking Head of Data & AI Platform Operations. This role focuses on building and establishing Data Platform Operations team to ensure our data platform operational excellence, covering day-to-day health monitoring, platform monitoring toolset enhancements,



maintain the Databricks workspaces and handle the end-user business requests.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and scale the Data & AI Platform Operations team. Oversee day-to-day platform stability, and reliability for our Databricks platform. Operate, monitor, and maintain Databricks workspaces to manage operational framework configurations: clusters, libraries, policies, access control and governance structures using Unity Catalog. Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, observability, and logging frameworks. Proactively identify issues, perform troubleshooting, and lead incident response and root, cause analyses to adhere to platform SLAs/SLOs. Lead/oversee development of automation scripts (Python, Terraform, CLI) to streamline repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
