Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Senior Manager – Marketing & Sales to lead strategic marketing initiatives while driving B2 B business growth across automotive, OEM and white goods segments.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring strong analytical capabilities, market intelligence and customer engagement skills to translate data insights into revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Analytics (70%)
Lead data-driven marketing strategy to identify growth opportunities across target industries Conduct market potential analysis,



segmentation and customer prioritization Build and maintain dashboards and performance analytics for marketing and sales metrics Prepare product-wise and market-wise data reports, including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis Develop customer-focused strategies based on insights and buying behavior Drive lead generation strategies aligned with business goals Monitor competition, industry trends and emerging opportunities Sales & Business Development (30%)
Drive B2 B business development in automotive, OEM and white goods sectors Manage key customer relationships and support front-end sales engagements Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and closures Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and execution Own customer-specific growth plans and account strategies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
