Tec Sight is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating outbound leads through cold calls, emails, Linked In outreach, and other prospecting channels. This role is best suited for someone who is confident in communication, target-oriented, consistent with follow-ups, and capable of scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
Role Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospective clients by conducting outbound outreach campaigns. The role requires making a minimum of 100 connected calls per day, sending personalized emails, engaging prospects on Linked In, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking with decision-makers, understanding client needs, introducing Tec Sight's services, and creating opportunities for the sales team to convert prospects into customers.




Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients using platforms such as Linked In, company websites, databases, directories, CRM tools, and online research. Build and maintain a solid database of prospective clients, decision-makers, and key contacts. Generate outbound leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and follow-up activities. Target relevant companies and decision-makers based on Tec Sight's ideal customer profile.
