About the Role
We are hiring a CPA to manage accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting for US-based clients. This role suits both early-career and experienced professionals looking to work on end-to-end accounting and client management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial records, bookkeeping, and reconciliations Prepare and review financial statements as per US GAAP Handle tax filings and compliance for US clients Support/lead month-end and year-end closing Ensure accuracy of financial data and reports Communicate with clients and provide financial insights Improve processes and follow best practices Mentor junior team members (for experienced candidates) Qualifications
US CPA (mandatory) 1–5+ years of accounting experience Knowledge of US GAAP, taxation, and compliance Robust analytical and communication skills Preferred Skills
Experience with Quick Books, Xero, Net Suite, Zoho Books, SAP Exposure to US/international clients Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Compensation
