Job Title: Digital Content Creator (Graphic Designer III)

Introduction: We are seeking a talented and imaginative Digital Content Creator with 2 to 4 years of experience joining our agile team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's visual identity and driving engagement across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong video production skills and a social media-first mindset, passionate about transforming ideas into compelling graphics and captivating video content. Your work will directly influence how our brand connects with audiences internally and externally, enhancing our digital presence and communication effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders to fully understand creative briefs, communication objectives, and target audiences (10%). Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop engaging graphics for digital channels, including social media,



internal communications, presentations, campaigns, and branding initiatives (20%). Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos tailored for social media platforms such as reels, explainers, interviews, and event coverage (20%). Translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual stories using a combination of static and motion design (10%). Ensure all designs and videos comply with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards (5%). Work closely with communications, marketing, and HR teams to support campaigns, initiatives, and employer branding efforts (5%). Take initiative in conceptualizing design approaches, storyboards, mood boards, and content formats for campaigns (10%). Edit video content end-to-end, including color correction, sound editing, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics (10%).
