We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven International CPL Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads across international markets. Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across international markets.
• Develop and execute media buying strategies to achieve lead volume and CPL targets.
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads,



Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Native Advertising Platforms, and other relevant traffic sources.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with creative, design, and landing page teams.
• Conduct competitor and market research across different GEOs. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience in media buying and lead generation.
• Proven experience managing International CPL campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs, and tracking platforms such as Voluum, Red Track, or Binom.
