Maini Materials Movement (A Maini Group Company) has multiple active product development programs spanning its mobility and engineering verticals. We are looking for a Program Lead - Recent Product Development to take ownership of one or more of these programs - driving execution across engineering, design, suppliers, and leadership from early development through to launch.
This is a build-from-scratch opportunity, where you will work directly with engineering and design leads and report to CXO-level leadership.
The role demands someone who brings the rigor of automotive product development to an early-stage environment: structured, delivery-oriented, and comfortable operating where not everything is defined yet.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain the master program plan across all workstreams - milestones, dependencies, owners, and risks Drive program reviews at weekly and monthly cadences; surface blockers early and drive resolution Track open decisions and ensure closure on time, with the right inputs and accountable owners Manage the interfaces between engineering,



industrial design, suppliers, manufacturing, and leadership Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding alongside the engineering team; manage development partners through prototype and validation phases Build a supplier ecosystem capable of supporting development and eventual production scale Support business case development, pricing analysis, and product economics as programs mature Support customer and operator engagement to inform product and commercial decisions Prepare structured program status updates and review packages for senior leadership Preferred Qualifications
B. E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related engineering discipline; MBA is a plus but not required 8–12 years in program management, product management, or a delivery-focused role in the automotive or mobility industry Direct experience managing vehicle development programs from concept or early development thro
