What You'll D
o: Own and drive sales growth across Delhi NCR in the Ho Re Ca spac e. Get our branded sauces and products placed where it matters—on tables, menus, and in the hands of chef s. Build and scale a strong, reliable distributor network across the regio n. Crack new accounts—premium bakeries, artisan cafés, and leading café chain s. Develop deep relationships with chefs, owners, and key decision-maker s. Stay ahead of trends and competitors to keep our brand top-of-mind (and top-of-table ). Consistently smash sales targets and push boundarie s.
What Makes You a F
it:2–6 years of sales experience in food/FMCG, especially sauces, condiments, or Ho Re Ca. Hands-on experience working with bakeries, artisan cafés, and café /restaurant chai ns. Proven success in getting products placed inside food service establishmen ts. Robust distributor network—or the ability to build one from scrat ch. Sharp negotiation skills and a natural ability to build relationshi ps. Self-driven, energetic, and always ready to chase the next w in.
