Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F& O) Technical Consultant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating D365 F& O solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability. Familiarity with AI agent development is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customizations in D365 F& O using X++ and extensions framework.
Integrate D365 F& O with external systems using APIs, OData, and Data Management framework.
Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, interfaces, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Develop and manage SSRS reports, batch jobs, and data entities.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices for D365 F& O development.
Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.




Participate in deployment and environment management activities.
Provide technical support and maintenance for live systems.
Explore and implement AI-powered automation solutions, including AI agents, to enhance business processes within D365 F& O ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development.
Robust proficiency in X++, extensions framework, and D365 F& O customization.
Experience with SSRS report development and data entity creation.
Knowledge of data migration tools, integration technologies, and lifecycle services (LCS).
Understanding of Finance and Supply Chain Management modules in D365 F& O.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).
Basic knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
