About the Role
The "Senior Consultant - Enterprise Architecture" leads the analysis and optimization of the enterprise IT landscape and plays a key role in managing and evolving Lean IX as the enterprise architecture repository.



This role supports strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives by providing architecture insights, preparing decision‐ready deliverables, and ensuring a consistent EA framework across the organization. The Senior Consultant drives the development and alignment of architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps, evaluates the application portfolio, and manages Lean IX governance and data quality. Beyond technical expertise, this role requires solid communication skills, the ability to convey complex concepts through storytelling, solid stakeholder‐management capabilities, and the ability to connect details to the broader enterprise picture. The Senior Consultant may also lead small teams or workstreams.
