We are seeking an experienced Manager, Drilling Fluids Operations to lead and oversee drilling fluids operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
Manage and oversee daily drilling fluids operations, ensuring compliance with operational, technical, and safety requirements. Lead and supervise field engineers, project personnel, warehouse operations, and facility activities to ensure efficient service delivery. Monitor operational performance, inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and resource utilization to support ongoing projects. Support tender preparation, proposal reviews, and business development initiatives to secure new opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing technical and operational support as required. Monitor project profitability, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance,



identifying opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, and regional teams to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction. Recruit, develop, coach, and manage operational personnel while fostering a high-performance team culture. Drive compliance with Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) standards and promote a strong safety culture across all operations. Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and KPI presentations for management and clients. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of drilling fluids operations and oilfield services.
