Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our Pune properties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales, a strong understanding of the local Pune market, and a demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals.
This role involves managing leads, conducting property tours, building client relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and converting prospects into residents.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and other communication channels.



Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable accommodation solutions. Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective residents and corporate clients. Build a strong sales pipeline and actively follow up with prospects to maximize conversions. Drive occupancy targets through effective lead management and sales strategies. Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful closures. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing residents. Deliver a professional and consultative sales experience throughout the customer journey. Understand customer preferences and provide tailored accommodation recommendations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the sales and onboarding process. Market & Business Development
