About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling learning assets that enhance the learner experience. The role requires expertise in traditional design tools and modern AI-powered design platforms to develop high-quality digital learning content.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually engaging assets for e-learning courses, presentations, infographics, guides, and internal communication materials. Create illustrations, icons, and graphics to simplify complex concepts and improve learner engagement. Collaborate with the LMS, Learning & Development, and business teams to translate learning objectives into effective visual experiences. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all learning content. Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, asset generation, and content creation. Manage multiple design projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related fields. Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Experience designing digital learning content, presentations, infographics, and visual assets. Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as: Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, Leonardo AI or similar Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is an advantage. Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning & Development functions are preferred. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field. Strong portfolio show
