Role: Actimize Developer Experience: 4–10 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support Fircosoft or NICE Actimize solutions. Implement and maintain Sanctions Screening, Transaction Screening, and Payment Screening processes. Work on Watchlist Filtering, OFAC screening, and AML compliance initiatives. Configure screening rules, workflows, alerts, and filtering mechanisms. Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams to enhance financial crime prevention capabilities. Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring optimal system performance. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. Required Skills
5–10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Fircosoft or NICE Actimize. Hands-on experience in: Sanctions Screening Transaction Screening Payment Screening Watchlist Filtering AML / Financial Crime Compliance Good understanding of OFAC, PEP, and sanctions regulations. Experience with Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, XML, or APIs is an added advantage. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Compliance domains is preferred.
