Responsibilities
Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets to balance reliability with feature velocity and ensure optimal system availability. Respond to production incidents during business hours, conduct post-mortem analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce MTTR and improve system resilience. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and applications. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (Ia C) using automation tools. Implement security best practices and participate in vulnerability assessments. Manage and maintain on-premises & cloud-based infrastructure. Participate in capacity planning and system design to support scalability and future growth.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows and processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications
2~6 years experiences Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a SRE, Dev Ops Engineer or similar role. Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Harbor. Hands-on experience with Dev Sec Ops using Fortify, Sonar Qube, Blackduck. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python. Familiarity with Ia C tools like Terraform, Ansible. Hands-on experience with on-premises or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Understanding of networking, security, and system administration. Experience with observability and monitoring tools to track system health and performance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
