About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, Django, backend development, and Word Press. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Python and Django framework. Work on backend development, including APIs, database management, and server-side logic. Build and optimize website functionality with a focus on performance and user experience. Manage and customize websites using Word Press, including themes, plugins, and integrations. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best development practices. Debug and resolve technical issues across web applications.



Collaborate with designers and team members to implement new features and improvements. Perform website updates, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure website security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities. Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in Web Development. Robust knowledge of Python programming language. Hands-on experience with Django framework. Good understanding of backend development concepts. Experience working with databases (My SQL/Postgre SQL or similar). Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations. Experience with Word Press development and customization.
