The Role
We're looking for a Brand Strategist who can help build brands from the inside out.
The founding partners lead strategic direction and stay closely involved throughout every project. A research and insights counterpart develops category understanding, customer insights and market context. Your role is to take that direction and material and construct the brand itself.
You'll help define:
Brand purpose,



vision and values Positioning and differentiation Audience and customer understanding Brand architecture Brand personality and archetypes Tone of voice and verbal identity Messaging frameworks and narratives Strategy documents and design briefs This is not a project management role and it is not a pure research role.
The core skill we're hiring for is the ability to take a strategic idea and develop it into a coherent brand system that clients can understand, believe in and use.
