We are looking for a high-ownership Acquisition Lead who can drive new customer growth at scale. This role will own P0 metrics - Current Customer Lifetime - across paid, organic, and social channels for Ecommerce (D2 C) Scale Up with City Wise growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Growth (Primary KPI Owner)
Own and drive new customer acquisition across channels Optimize for CAC, conversion rates, and customer quality (LTV) Build scalable acquisition funnels from first touch to first purchase Identify high-performing cohorts and double down on them 2. Paid Marketing (Performance Engine)
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and attribution Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency 3. SEO & Organic Growth
Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategies Optimize blogs, category pages,



and product pages for ranking Collaborate on content strategy for search intent + conversion Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion from SEO 4. Social Media for Acquisition
Leverage social platforms to drive top-of-funnel traffic and discovery Work with content/creative teams to create high-performing acquisition content Understand what content converts vs what engages Support performance campaigns with strong organic signals 5. Experimentation & Analytics
Run continuous A/B tests across channels (ads, landing pages, creatives) Analyze funnel metrics: CTR → CVR → CAC → LTV Build insights from data to guide scaling decisions Work closely with product/UX teams to improve conversion Key Metrics You Will Own
