This is not an engineering role. We have an engineering team. This is not it. This is not a content-production role. If your background is making or polishing content (graphic design, video editing, copywriting), that is the opposite end of what we do. We source external creators. We do not produce content in-house. Knowing valuable content is useful. Sourcing creators is the job. This is a night shift.



You will work US Eastern business hours, roughly 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, on-site in Ahmedabad. For female applicants, we will consider WFH post 10 pm. We work with US-based clients only. If that schedule does not fit your life, this is not the role. You think in funnels, not boutique curation. Our model is data-backed outreach at scale. Role overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the bridge between our brand clients and our internal operations team. You own the client relationship end to end, and you make sure the sourcing engine behind it actually delivers.
You will not be personally cold-emailing creators. Your operations team does the sourcing and outreach using our platform. Your job is to own the client, turn their goals into briefs, judge creator fit, keep the team on target
