Role Description
We are actively hiring a Salesforce Administrator for a growing US-based client.




Fully remote. EST/CST time zone overlap required — approximately 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST on weekdays.
This is not a support-ticket role. You'll have real ownership of the platform and direct engagement with business stakeholders across sales, service, and operations.

ABOUT THE CLIENT AND ROLE
The client is a US-based company that relies heavily on Salesforce to run their core revenue and customer operations. They've invested seriously in the platform — and they need someone who can grow with it, not just maintain it.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the primary point of contact for everything Salesforce. That means:
→ Owning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration end-to-end
→ Building and maintaining automation — Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes
→ Managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and org security
→ Ensuring data
