Role Description
The Principal will oversee the overall management of the school, develop and implement policies, and ensure adherence to educational standards. Responsibilities include supervising academic and administrative staff, designing and executing curricula, monitoring student performance, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining communication with parents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

and students effectively Proven skills in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement Experience in budget management and resource allocation Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field Minimum 8–15 years of teaching experience. At least 3–5 years in leadership roles. Experience in handling school administration and board requirements. Knowledge of state and national educational regulations and standards
