Job Title: Database Migration Architect (Oracle & Postgre SQL | Cloud)

Desired Profiles
Lead large-scale Oracle & MS SQL Server to Postgre SQL migrations, including cloud modernization on AWS, Azure, or GCP, by defining optimal strategies (rehost, replatform,



refactor). Design secure, scalable database architectures ensuring high performance, data integrity, and minimal downtime during migrations. Perform query optimization, convert PL/SQL/T-SQL to PL/pg SQL, and implement performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage HA/DR and backup strategies, and leverage migration tools (AWS DMS, Ora2 Pg, Azure DMS) while mentoring teams and enforcing best practices.
