Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advertising Manager specializing in Meta Ads and Google Ads, based in Chandigarh. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms to drive performance and achieve client objectives. Responsibilities include audience research, creating compelling ad copy, analyzing campaign performance, and adapting strategies to maximize ROI. Collaboration with the sales, marketing,
and project management teams is essential to ensure campaign alignment with client goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present results and strategies. Expertise in Marketing to design and execute result-oriented campaigns that drive conversions. 3 years of experience in Advertising, specifically managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, while staying updated on the latest trends and platform features. Project Management capabilities to handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance campaign performance. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving measurable outcomes in advertising campaigns.
