e DOT Solutions is a maritime technology and AI company headquartered in Vasco Da Gama, Goa, founded in 2004 by Capt. Ruchin C. Dayal (Master Mariner, President — IIMS UK). We build AI-powered platforms for the global shipping industry, serving ship management companies, maritime training institutes, and flag states worldwide.
Our team of 85 professionals spans development, design, maritime domain expertise, and laboratory operations. We operate six live AI products including Intellis NET, our maritime cybersecurity platform built to satisfy IMO Resolution MSC.428(98) obligations under the ISM Code.
Intellis NET was originally co-developed with Class NK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai) in 2019 and is currently in active production development, moving toward global fleet deployment.
What you will actually be doing
This role sits at the intersection of two workstreams inside Intellis NET and you will contribute equally to both.
Working with Rohit, our OT Risk Methodology Specialist:




Learning and applying the Intellis NET risk scoring framework — a four-pillar formula grounded in NIST SP 800-82 and IEC 62443 Assisting in building and maintaining the OT asset taxonomy database — the engine that pre-populates equipment lists by vessel type, DWT, and build year Supporting the OEM whitelist construction — identifying and cataloguing authorised OEM network traffic signatures from technical documentation Helping validate risk assessment outputs against real vessel network scan data Growing your understanding of vessel network architecture — IDMZ, OT/IT segmentation, ECDIS, AIS, propulsion control systems Working with Dev 1, our Backend Developer:
Supporting the NVD CVE pipeline — pulling vulnerability data from the National Vulnerability Database API, mapping CPE strings, and assigning CVSS scores to assets Assisting in building and testing the FRS (Finding Risk Score) calculation engine Supporting passive listener development — a system that monitors IDMZ boundar
