This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a hospitalitv brand known for delivering bespoke experiences in the Himalayas Responsibilities • Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, ensuring a seamless and personalised booking experience. • Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages with a focus on maximising occupancy and revenue. • Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards. • Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.



• Keep accurate reservation and sales records and maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings-from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities • Lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels • Monitor and analyse sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of the competition. • Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and consistent service excellence Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality tourism, or business preferred, • 1-2 years' experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations. • Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities a must. • Willingness to work flexible hours Salary Salary is according to market standards and applicants experience, with performance-based incentives Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, offers a warm, inclusive work environment dedicated to exceptional guest service and hospitality.
