Role Description The Head of Interior Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the overall interior design vision and execution for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This role oversees end-to-end design processes,



from concept development and space planning to material selection and final detailing, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations. The Head of Interior Design will guide and mentor design teams, review and approve design proposals, and coordinate closely with product, sales, and project management teams to integrate Della's product offerings into cohesive design solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing design schedules and deliverables, attending client meetings and presentations, collaborating with architects and vendors, and ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion of all design work. The role also involves staying current with global design trends and luxury interior best practices to continually elevate Della's design portfolio.
