Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid Quality Assurance background to lead software delivery projects while ensuring high product quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing, along with proven project management capabilities in Agile environments.
This role requires managing project timelines, stakeholder communication, team coordination, quality assurance processes, risk management, and successful project delivery.
Roles and Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, and Business stakeholders. Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and status meetings. Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and clients. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Manage client communications and expectations effectively. Facilitate requirement gathering, prioritization, and project planning sessions. Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Software QA with Project Management responsibilities. Proven experience managing software development and testing projects. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, ISTQB certifications are preferred. Benefits:
